Software Operation Panel

Software Operation Panel by PFU LIMITED is a companion utility for PFU (Fujitsu) fi and SP Series document scanners. It provides a centralized place to monitor device status, adjust scanner-specific settings, and perform routine maintenance, helping keep high‑volume scanning workflows reliable and consistent.

Key features:

• Live device status: Check connection state, error notifications, and scan counters at a glance.
• Maintenance tools: View consumable wear (such as rollers and pads), reset replacement counters after service, and run cleaning and calibration routines with guided steps.
• Device configuration: Set scanner-level options (for example, feed behavior and power-saving timers) independent of your capture application.
• Diagnostics: Launch test scans and access logs and error details to streamline troubleshooting.
• Driver integration: Apply default settings through the PaperStream IP/ISIS/TWAIN driver environment so changes carry across compatible applications.
• Multi-device support: Quickly switch between connected scanners in mixed fleets.

• IT administrators and support teams managing multiple devices
